Kitter
Reporting to the Supervisor – Logistics, the Kitter will ensure that the supply of materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity. Ability to deliver efficient, effective and flexible solutions to meet production requirements. Other duties include
Shifts
Must have flexibility to work rotating shifts to accommodate production schedule, including days, afternoons, nights and overtime as required.

Responsibilities
Open bales, crates and other containers to put away inventory correctly on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards in the warehouse.
Prepare pertinent documentation and material (utilizing hand scanners and or computer) for shipping in a timely manner to meet delivery schedules for the production team
Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Assist in counting of physical inventory
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat
Sweep, dust, mop and always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness
Wear prescribed safety equipment
Prepare parts picked to be delivered to production
Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Physical Working Demands and Working Conditions
Must be physically fit, energetic, agile, willing and able to:
Lift up to 40lbs
Stand/walk for full shift hours as required
Bend required to different shelf levels to lift a variety of aircraft and other parts as required
Push/pull of a variety of items including packed carts of aircraft parts and others as required
Bend/twist as required
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Maintain professionalism
Ability to accomplish duties required effectively and efficiently
Keep the Department Manager/Supervisor informed of daily operations
Ability to deal with added day to day issues and concerns
Develops, executes and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for your team
Is self-motivated and has a collaborative approach to working within a team
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Experience
- Possesses basic computer skills and has knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Education
- Minimum education of High School Diploma or equivalent
