Opening in January 2023, Liberty Kitchen Lawson Heights is eager to grow and build a great team from the outset, creating a dynamic team all within an awesome team culture.


We are looking for line cooks who are interested in working in a dynamic and face-paced environment with the opportunity to be part of our growth and expansion.

We are looking for someone who is a strong line cook, leads by example and can work with our current leaders to grow the kitchen.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Continuously learn, observe and maintain Liberty Kitchen systems and operations
  • Consistently execute food to our exact specifications and within our time standards
  • Participate in menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control
  • Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards
  • Ensure highquality food production and presentation
  • Make certain that proper food safety practices are followed

Requirements:


  • Work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to problem solve effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Kitchen systems focus in a corporate environment
  • Flexible work hours
  • Possess a passion for food quality and an eye for detail

Compensation:
Hourly plus gratuities

Salary:
$13.00-$18.00 per hour
