    Responsibilities:

    • Estimate project costs and prepare detailed project proposals.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
    • Analyze project plans and specifications to identify project requirements and potential risks.
    • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and pricing.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Estimation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in estimating ICI and/or highrise residential projects, from initiation to completion
    • Leadership:
    A proven track record of leading estimation efforts effectively, ensuring accurate project cost assessments

    • Communication:
    Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success

    • Experience:
    Minimum of 10+ years in an estimation role within the construction industry, ideally with a Developer or General Contractor/Construction Manager

    • Education:
    Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.

    Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with:
    Estimation, Senior Estimator, High-Rise, ICI, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction, Project Estimation, Cost Analysis, Construction Management.
