RockWood Kitchens is currently looking to hire an experienced customer service representative to help us forge this new role in our company.


A typical day in the life of a RockWood Kitchens customer service representative looks like
Responding to customer inquiries regarding; product information, claims/returns, order processing, account status, programs and processes.

Being an active listener and creative problem solver to help resolve customer inquiries.

Maintaining customer account information and processing claims orders with a high level of speed and accuracy.

Performing detail-oriented administrative tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.

Scheduling service calls with clients and our service techs.

Providing a meaningful and positive experience with every customer interaction.

Responding to and solving all product claim issues within a timely manner.

You Are:

You Have:

A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a customer service role

A proven aptitude in customer service - The ability to work under pressure

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

High school diploma (or equivalent), university/college education an asset

Ability to maintain confidential information

Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to change and competing priorities

A reliable form of transportation


You might also have:

Experience in a similar industry where product knowledge was an extremely important asset

Call centre experience


Salary:
$22.00-$24.00 per hour
