- Ability to interpret drawings & weld symbols
- Fabricate Enclosure frames / skids
- Follow specific welding specifications
- Mount van bodies, tail lifts, and various components
- Know and apply company safety rules, policies, and relevant occupational health and safety legislation
- Work in a professional and ethical manner
- Use of hand, power and air tools as required
- Provide support for other departments as necessary
- Develop effective working relationships with co-workers and supervisors, always treating others with respect

- Experience building subframes for trailers is an asset
- Experience building frames is an asset
- Experience fabricating is an asset
- Brake and Shear experience is an asset
- Knowledge of ITB's products is an asset
- Certified Welding Journeyman in Alberta or Interprovincial is an asset, however training will be provided

Welders have the responsibility to weld a variety of custom steel frame orders including truck bodies, trailers, enclosures, and mobile oilfield equipment. Welders must have experience in MIG welding processes, the ability to read blueprints, and have working knowledge in operating fabricating equipment such as a brake and shear. Good work habits, keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills are required for this position.

LOCATION
Our Coaldale, AB plant is located just off of highway 3 and is an easy commute from Lethbridge or Taber. We roughly have 100 employees and are continuing to expand.
