Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hairstylist to join our vibrant team.

As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

This position offers a commission-based salary structure, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance and dedication.


Responsibilities:

• Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and other hair treatments according to clients' preferences and specifications.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable hairstyles or treatments.
• Keep uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and incorporate them into your work.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salon area, including workstations, tools, and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage appointment bookings effectively.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized attention.
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Valid hairstylist license or certification.
• Proven experience working as a hairstylist in a salon environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Creativity and passion for the art of hairstyling.
• Willingness to continually learn and improve skills.
• Must possess a valid SIN number.
