The Marketing Branding team at the Laurentian Bank is looking for an innovative, creative individual with a passion for the mechanics behind strong branding.
The Bank is entering an exciting transformation program focused on an approach that puts clients at the centre of all our intentions and actions.
This is a great opportunity to play a role in the revitalization of a well-known brand in Canada.
Your role will be to guide the Laurentian Bank's brand evolution and to implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and contribute to pan-Canadian acquisition objectives.

Responsibilities:
Execute strategic positioning and overall brand evolution.
Develop a strong brand vision that engages internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to develop and carry out the annual brand plan.
Deploy small-, medium
- and large-scale brand initiatives and ensure optimal reach.
Monitor the market and identify opportunities and risks in order to develop an action plan with external agencies and/or internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional (multidisciplinary) teams to set up metrics and analytics reporting to efficiently track brand development and provide data to support your recommendations.
Qualifications:
o Strong marketing experience in the English-Canadian market
o More than five years of experience in brand management (banking sector an asset)
o More than five years of experience working with marketing agencies and external suppliers
o Demonstrated experience in brand transformation, an asset
o Demonstrated interpersonal skills in managing internal and external stakeholders
o Demonstrated experience in leading strategic initiatives by managing priorities, projects and budgets with excellence
o Ability to identify and recreate trends
o Business-oriented
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent summarizing skills
o Leadership skills across disciplines
o Research/analytical skills
o Focused on teamwork and knowledge and idea sharing
o Adaptability and flexibility
o Brand management experience in a financial institution, an asset
o Bilingual (English/French)
