Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Infrastructure team, of the
Infrastructure & Transportation, based in North Bay, ON office.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Act as the primary contact between the client and the contractor
Prepare various reports, change orders and instruction notices
Monitor contractor compliance with quality and quantity control measures and contractual obligations/review contractor submissions
Negotiate contract and pricing issues and construction claims

What your experience looks like

Must have MTO T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution Course
Project experience as a Contract Administrator on 2 or more MTO or municipal projects dealing with highway and/or infrastructure with at least one having had a budget of at least $5M
Certified with OACETT as a Road Construction Contract Administrator (rcca)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications/Standard Drawings methods and materials associated with highway construction
Possess a valid class "G" driver's license
