We are currently seeking a
Receptionist to build a career within our dealership

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serves as the first impression of the dealership at point of entry for the purpose of greeting and directing all visitors.
  • Greeting customers visiting the showroom and inquiring as to the purpose of their visit.
  • Referring customers to the appropriate dept, introducing customers to the sales people.
  • Professionally answering phone calls and redirecting those calls to respective dept.
  • Taking payments from customers and issuing receipts along with other office duties.
  • Stock in new and used cars and assist sales dept with vehicle inventory control.
  • Licensing.
  • Booking out cars both new and used for delivery.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel, although more extensive computer knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
  • Responsible for sending all mail.
  • General filing and photocopying.

Technical skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi task without compromising on quality
  • Extremely dependable and punctual
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with both co workers, guests and vendors
  • Data entry skills

Qualifications:


  • An exceptional positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience as a receptionist/customer service is preferred
  • Experience operating a multiline telephone system is preferred
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition
  • Ability to work professional in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to converse in French an asset
