CanKos Cleaning Services Inc. is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives. As a leading provider of cleaning services, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients across Quebec.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about our cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Schedule cleaning appointments and efficiently manage the booking calendar.
- Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Input and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre role preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay:
$22.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
