CanKos Cleaning Services Inc. is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives. As a leading provider of cleaning services, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients across Quebec.


Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide information about our cleaning services, pricing, and scheduling.
• Schedule cleaning appointments and efficiently manage the booking calendar.
• Listen to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with our services.
• Input and maintain accurate customer information in the database.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centre role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay:
$22.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
