Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Work with OHS to ensure all safety paper work is up to date

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a front desk or office assistant role is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using computerized office systems and software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Types:

Salary:
$15.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
