Job Summary:


Qualifications:


_Required:
_


  • University degree in health sciences, science, engineering, and/or business.
  • Experience leading a department in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in project implementation and management.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Must have satisfactory employment record.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada

_To be determined on the interview process:_

  • Demonstrates interpersonal, critical thinking, conflict resolution and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong communications skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Consultation, negotiation and teambuilding skills with emphasis on gaining support for initiatives and building consensus amongst stakeholders.

  • Experience in program development, introduction of new systems and change management strategies.
  • Previous training or equivalent experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with clinical and healthrelated databases.
  • Familiarity with health and healthcare indicators.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
