Job Summary:

Qualifications:

_Required:
_

University degree in health sciences, science, engineering, and/or business.
Experience leading a department in a healthcare setting.
Experience in project implementation and management.
Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
Must have satisfactory employment record.
Must be legally able to work in Canada

Demonstrates interpersonal, critical thinking, conflict resolution and decisionmaking skills.
Strong communications skills in English, both oral and written.
Consultation, negotiation and teambuilding skills with emphasis on gaining support for initiatives and building consensus amongst stakeholders.

_Preferred:

Experience in program development, introduction of new systems and change management strategies.
Previous training or equivalent experience in project management.
Familiarity with clinical and healthrelated databases.
Familiarity with health and healthcare indicators.
Master's degree in a related field.
