    About Bedford Ready Mix

    With operations dating back to 1985, Bedford Ready Mix is a valued member of OSCO Concrete & Aggregates Limited. Specializing in a mix of residential and large-scale industrial/commercial projects, our team proudly operates a fleet of concrete pumps, including the largest concrete boom pump east of Montreal.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure safe delivery of ready mix concrete to construction sites
    • Safely unload concrete materials
    • Perform general cleaning and maintenance of trucks
    • Conduct general cleaning and maintenance of the plant and yard
    • Handle any other duties as necessary

    Requirements

    • Hold a valid Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement
    • Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles
    • Completion of a recognized driver training course
    • Demonstrate excellent hand/eye coordination skills
    • Exhibit outstanding customer relation abilities
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
    • Able to lift weights up to 50lbs
    • Comfortable standing for extended periods
    • Prior experience is an advantage
    • Flexible work schedule availability (including early mornings, days, and late evenings)

    As a part of the OSCO Construction Group, OSCO Concrete & Aggregates Limited provides an attractive compensation and benefits package, encompassing health and dental coverage, life insurance, and RRSP options.     This position offers an hourly wage starting at $23.80.
