Maintenance Worker - Windsor, Canada - Wilsondale Assets

Description

General knowledge and ability to conduct minor maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical and painting, drywall, flooring,

• Maintaining the physical integrity of the building through general maintenance
• Cleaning and repairing items in vacant and occupied units (minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc).
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Ability to bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other maintenance personnel to complete assigned task
• Other unrelated job tasks as required

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide gloves and masks, but not required to wear.


Experience:

• Maintenance: 2 years (required)
• Construction: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
