CMS Group is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator to join our Electrical Service Team Reporting into the Electrical Service Director, you will work in a mid size, fast paced team and be responsible for the following duties inclusive but not limited to the following:PLEASE NOTE in order to qualify for the position you must have minimum 1-2 years experience working in an electrical contracting environment or related field (engineering, design) and strong experience in pricing - Accubid software experience considered an asset **- Project Coordination of all service quoted jobs - gets supplier and subcontractor pricing - issues purchase orders - schedules subcontractors & equipment deliveries with service manager - follows up with subcontractors for start
- up reports, inspection reports, send final reports to customer
- Assist Service Director & Project Management in job costing activities
- Assist in pricing service jobs using Accubid software**:
- Support Service Director with quotes, client relationships and inquiries
- Prepare and submit all new service contracts and renewals to CMS clients follows up with client to see if approved
- Schedule all service contract maintenance inspections
- After inspection completed follows up to get service inspection reports and forwards copy to clients
- Review all work orders and gets pricing for all deficiencies noted
- Send quotations to clients and follows up to get approvals
- Schedule all service contract repairs
- Conduct client care calls and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven experience working in a project coordination role within an electrical contracting or similar contracting environment
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Job Types:

Salary:
$60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
