GPM Property Management has been in the condominium management business for over 50 years. Some of our clients have been with us since inception. We manage over 85 properties around the GTA.

Looking for dynamic, experienced and professional Condominium Managers to join our team at GPM Property Management as soon as possible. Message us if you are interested in knowing more about the role and the portfolio. We are looking for Full Time and Part Time Managers including Relief Managers.

Requirements:


  • Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Management skills
  • Strong focus on delivering results and providing exceptional service
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and supervise building staff
  • Ability to multitask
  • Familiar with financial statements and budget preparation
  • Understanding of all applicable Federal, Provincial & Municipal Acts & Codes, including
TSSA, Building & Fire Codes.

  • Minimum 2 year's experience in condo property management
  • Prepares & provides well written communication, budgets and reports
  • To provide well written reports and communication and most importantly prepared
on time

  • Provides timely follow up to matters arising from Board meetings
  • To read and understand financial statements and prepare budgets for review.
  • Controls spending while providing quality service
  • Must have an eye for detail especially during building inspections
  • To keep all common areas safe and clean. Maintains a wellkept building.
  • Can oversee and manage small projects throughout the building.
  • Effectively manages time
  • Leads by example
- attendance, punctuality and appearance are a must to lead your
team.

  • Respects and maintains good communication and relationships with both internal
and external staff, and contractors

  • Effective and fair supervision
  • Maintains a professional relationship with board of director and provides guidance
when requested

  • Provides excellent customer service

Pay:
$40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
