Sales Manager - Automotive

Overview:

As a Sales Manager at Paragon Auto Mall, you will lead our dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, motivating the sales force, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.


Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the dealership's objectives.


Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.


Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, resolution of issues, and fostering a customer-centric culture.


Training and Development:
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills.


Inventory Management:
Work closely with the inventory team to optimize stock levels and ensure a diverse and attractive vehicle selection.


Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed business decisions.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Indepth knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
