• Perform physical labor on waterproofing job sites
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual tasks
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines
• Previous experience in basement waterproofing, concrete forming/finishing or related fields is a plus
• Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work as a team
