CIMA + is looking for an Eco-Engineer Project Manager to complement its multidisciplinary team in engineering, environment and earth sciences.
The successful candidate will act as an eco-engineering Project Manager on a variety of environment-related projects, such as bank stabilization, stormwater management, fish habitat development, hydrological and hydraulic studies, developments involving phytotechnology, etc.
Plan, prepare and monitor the various stages, budgets and activities involved in obtaining and carrying out projectsSupervise professionals and technicians in projects
Carry out bank and slope stabilization and watercourse development projects
Produce deliverables (technical reports and notices, applications for certificates of authorization, drawings, specifications, etc.)
Supervise calls for tenders, provide office supervision for engineering projects, attend site meetings, etc
Maintain good relations with clients and various stakeholders involved in projects
Training in water, agri-environmental or civil engineering or an equivalent
Strong interest in ecological engineering and multidisciplinary teamwork
Knowledge of cartography and GIS and AutoCAD computer-aided drawing (an asset)
Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software, HEC-RAS or PCSWMM (an asset)
Good knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, policies and guides
Good command of spoken and written French
Certificate of training in construction site safety (ASP Construction card)
Valid driver's license (class 5)
