TEND Property Maintenance
Groundskeeper & Caretaker
_DESIRED SKILLS_
- Previous property management / handyman experience
- Experience with general building maintenance and upkeep
- General knowledge of machinal functions
- Knowledge of Muskoka bylaw and permits
- G Driver's license Required
- Boating license is required
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills
- Expert prioritization skills
- Experience with snow plowing
- Strong problemsolving skills
_ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
- Must be able to use and operate general yard equipment
- Landscaping and tree care
- Garbage removal
- Knowledge with scheduling subcontractors
- Must have general landscaping knowledge
- Must have general home maintenance knowledge
_SALARY_:
- This is an independent contractor position for the first 90 days
- After 3month probation eligible for yearround salary on payroll with employee insurance benefits
6-12-month review period:
- Based on availability, consistency and overall performance a profitsharing bonus and incentive program can be achieved between 612 months of employment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$28.50 per hour

- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muskoka, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
