Field Service Technician - Vaughan, Canada - MasterGrain

Description

The Field Service Technician will perform on-site or remote servicing, repair and/or installation of fiberglass doors. Will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service in an efficient and timely manner.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge with troubleshooting, repairing, paint, testing and servicing technical equipment
• Operate machines and vehicles with precaution
• Provide sitespecific knowledge and technical expertise to the team
• Should engage in providing service and build positive relationship with customers
• Commitment to understand the technical nature of the job to receive progressive results
• Maintain accurate service records and reports efficiently
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Skills

• Requires good understanding of electrical schematics and electronics.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Competent in Excel, Access and Word programs
• Must enjoy travelling within Ontario and working out in the field
• Read schematics and technical manuals
• Exposure to general networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP
• Organized and analytical with Good attention to detail

Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
