Job Description:
As an Operator at Guided Giving, you will play a vital role in maintaining standards, facilitating learning, driving operations, and contributing to the overall functioning of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold and promote standards of excellence in sales practices and customer interactions.
- Mentor and teach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist in driving daytoday operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and cooperative work environment.

- Work in a relaxed and informal manner while remaining responsive to team needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a demonstrated commitment to upholding standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural inclination towards teaching and mentoring.
- Cooperative team player with a proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
- Ability to thrive in an informal and relaxed work environment while maintaining responsiveness and professionalism.
