Job Description

Responsibilities include:

● Responding to technical issues or system alerts

● Maintaining technical procedures, administrative processes and configuration guidelines

● Developing code which integrates API calls from other platforms

● Utilizing Amazon Web Services such as Lambda, RDS, S3, EC2, AppStream 2.0, Lex, VPC, and Route 53 to power applications and websites

● Debugging and refactoring code for consistency and efficiency

● Maintaining Linux servers

Requirements:

● Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Development or IT related technical degree

● 3-5 years of experience in fields listed above as an asset

● Experienced in Agile Project Management is an asset

● Experience in QA and test case is preferred

● Experience with system integration

● Intermediate programing experience with Python or PHP including Object- Oriented Programming

● PowerShell scripting experience is an asset

● Experience working with speech-to-text technologies is an asset

● Demonstrates strong communication, decision making, prioritization and time- management skills with the ability to manage completing deadlines
