Position Description:

Provide exceptional guest experiences
Prepare our famous chicken following top quality standards
Handle beverages and cook products as per specifications
Maintain a clean and safe environment for maximum customer satisfaction
Manage cash, daily paperwork, financial controls, operations, team development, and customer service
Handle inventory and supplies
Train and support Team Members and Shift Managers for operational excellence
Address in-store issues and communicate plans effectively
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
Display friendly, dependable qualities with a positive attitude
