The Opportunity:

As part of the Compliance team, the coordinator will support the SKU commercialization through the Product Development pipeline.

As primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) of all things Finished Goods ECRs (initiating, processing and approving), Pack ECR creation and secondary support to GS1, SKU Rationalization and Customer Specification.

They work with the Commercial Planning & Execution team to ensure that governing regulations are met, and that data is maintained through SAP RD.

The position reports to the Manager, Compliance and In-House Label.


Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:


  • Accurate and timely ECR initiation
  • Holding peers accountable to their deliverables by rejecting ECRs for rework (or equivalent actions)
  • Monitoring and managing your own workflow prioritizing based on defined rules (milestones/TRDs/ Service Level Agreements (SLAs) adherence)
  • Escalating to manager for discussion/evaluation when nonstandard requests arise to understand longterm impacts to the role/business
  • Communicating clearly and effectively to those directly involved with the work, including projects leads and managers
  • Problem solving and collaborating effectively to those directly involved with the work, including projects leads and manager
  • Participating in continuous improvement planning and execution. Brings ideas forward, recommends changes (usually limited to our direct functional area) and implementing in own area. Update Work Instructions (WI) accordingly
