    Each resort hosts several restaurants and bars, from buffets to plated service, show‑cooking experiences and festive events. You will have many opportunities to express your knowledge and creativity while enriching yourself.

    You are

    • Sociable, you know how to connect with guests and build a trusting relationship.
    • Efficient, you manage priorities and ensure timely service.
    • Attentive, you ensure each guest receives personalized service.

    You will

    • Supervise a team of 10 to 30 restaurant employees.
    • Assist the restaurant manager in organizing service and managing kitchen teams.
    • Ensure the quality of the welcome, set‑up and service in the dining room (600 to 1000 covers per service).
    • Unite and motivate teams around objectives and support their development.
    • Develop additional sales and optimize economic results of the service.
    • Manage stocks and orders of products, consumables, small hotel equipment and linen.
    • Guarantee quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and maintenance of resort assets.
