Restaurant Baifoo is a fast-growing, locally owned and operated company that is seeking to add a Cashier to our Québec, QC location.

Our Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of accuracy in all transactions.


Essential Functions:


  • Greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant.
  • Process cash, credit and credit card transactions, and accept payment via cash, credit or check.
  • Count cash drawer receipts and monitor transactions to ensure accuracy of transaction amounts.
  • Resolve customer complaints, inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain clean work environment, including sweeping floors, wiping down tables and counters, emptying trash, sanitizing equipment, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a preemployment background check.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
