Description

Responsibilities:


  • Entering daily time tickets
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Review and process payroll for hourly employees and Direct Service Providers
  • Investigate and correct pay errors in a timely manner.
  • Manage employee changes, benefits and special payments.
  • Submit ROE's, as required.
  • Reconcile payroll deductions.
  • Manage yearend T4 preparation.
  • Enter and reconcile internal equipment credits.
  • Provide assistance to other team members, as required.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to work independently, as well as a member of a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in bookkeeping/payroll and knowledge of accounting software is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
