Analyst Private Equity to join our team.
+Responsibilities
- Perform preliminary analysis of potential co-investment fund opportunities – company market research financial valuation analysis sector mapping meetings with prospective partners advisors fund track record analysis industry expert interviews etc.
- Assist due diligence support team various due diligence workstreams live transactions helping assess key investment merits risks commercial financial tax structuring ESG other workstreams
- Build detailed financial models extensive sensitivity LBO analysis participate preparation investment recommendation memorandums approval prepare periodic reports undertake analyses portfolio status performance monitoring financial operating results assigned investments explaining variances against investment plans
