    note: This role sits within ZIA's MarCom team and plays a pivotal role in shaping messaging, campaign strategy, and Arabic content across platforms.

    You'll be responsible for crafting and guiding content across campaigns, social platforms, websites, video scripts, and presentations. Your work will support high-impact government and commercial campaigns where messaging must be both precise and emotionally compelling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Write, edit, and adapt Arabic content for campaigns, websites, social media, video, and branded communications
    • Translate strategic briefs into high-impact messaging frameworks and concept directions
    • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and content teams to bring narratives to life across all channels
    • Align copy with brand voice, tone, and campaign objectives
    • Support in the development of campaign themes, slogans, naming, messaging architecture, and presentation writing
    • Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and message clarity across all deliverables
    • Contribute to pitch decks, content calendars, and strategic documents with both writing and messaging strategy input

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    • 5–7+ years of experience in Arabic copywriting, content strategy, or marketing communications
    • Native‑level Arabic with a strong command of tone, style, and formal/informal writing
    • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    • Experience working on government, cultural, or bilingual campaigns in the UAE
    • Strong understanding of digital platforms, campaign flow, and audience behavior
    • Ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast‑paced agency environment
    • Exceptional attention to detail, cultural nuance, and messaging clarity

    Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

    • Experience writing and strategizing bilingual content (Arabic + English)
    • Background in advertising, brand strategy, or campaign concepting
    • Experience with social‑first content, digital storytelling, or scripting
    • Familiarity with SEO, UX writing, or user journey‑based content
    • Comfort presenting ideas and messaging direction to internal or client stakeholders
