Job summary
The role operationally supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily routine tasks to provide uninterrupted service in various aspects of the Thrift Store activities. Otherwise, this role acts as a Sales Associate.Responsibilities include interacting with customers/donors in a positive and courteous manner, protecting donated items' integrity and accurately completing customer transactions. The incumbent must also maintain customer service standards contributing to store budgets and handle merchandise safely while monitoring store security.
Critical relationship management involves internal relationships such as NRO Administration TS management and staff external donors clients contractors reports directly to the Store Manager.
