The Position:

I'm looking for an A-player "General Manager", based in the Edmonton office, who is extremely motivated to lead all aspects of our day-to-day operations.

This role will be predominantly focused on "People" and building a solid core team for the first several months.

This is a growth opportunity for the right person looking to utilize their skills and become an integral part of managing this organization.

_The Role Details:

The General Manager is an exceptionally talented individual who will lead the way as we re-launch into this market.

You'll be coordinating all aspects of our launch, building a team, finding new commercial customers, driving local residential guerilla marketing, and growing sales.

KEY DUTIES:

Sales and business development activities to new and existing clients
Building and developing key industry relationships
Hiring and inspiring all team members (Team Leads, Truck team members, and eventually a sales team)
Ensuring exceptional service delivery
Full P&L responsibility (inc results reporting) for the business
General business management

KEY RESULTS:

Consistently hit weekly revenue targets
Consistently deliver a superior brand experience to everyone who interacts with the company
Operate business with all agreed budget line items

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Confident, friendly 'people person' who can establish and maintain solid relationships
Quick thinker, fast learner and problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of experience in a management and/or sales role
An entrepreneurial mindset is a must
Great people skills and sales ability
An ability to get things done and done well
