The Position:
I'm looking for an A-player "General Manager", based in the Edmonton office, who is extremely motivated to lead all aspects of our day-to-day operations.

_The Role Details:

The General Manager is an exceptionally talented individual who will lead the way as we re-launch into this market.
You'll be coordinating all aspects of our launch, building a team, finding new commercial customers, driving local residential guerilla marketing, and growing sales.

KEY DUTIES:
- Sales and business development activities to new and existing clients
- Building and developing key industry relationships
- Hiring and inspiring all team members (Team Leads, Truck team members, and eventually a sales team)
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Full P&L responsibility (inc results reporting) for the business
- General business management
KEY RESULTS:
- Consistently hit weekly revenue targets
- Consistently deliver a superior brand experience to everyone who interacts with the company
- Operate business with all agreed budget line items
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Confident, friendly 'people person' who can establish and maintain solid relationships
- Quick thinker, fast learner and problem solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in a management and/or sales role
- An entrepreneurial mindset is a must
- Great people skills and sales ability
- An ability to get things done and done well
- Experience with coaching and training a team is a plus
