We are looking for an effective and efficient, data-driven Project Accounting Coordinator (A/R) to join our team this Fall

GUNN Consultants is a close-knit team of professionals dedicated to delivering the very best quality consulting services for vertical transportation (aka elevator/escalator) equipment to our clients.

As Project Accounting Coordinator, a typical day would include:

Send out invoices and collect payments
Open, maintain, and reconcile project accounts in our Project Management Software
Assist with monthend closing and archiving
Coordinate Contract Change documentation
Maintain accurate records
Coordinate project invoicing with Project Managers
Resolve billing issues (problem solving)
Brainstorm with team members on ways to improve processes

This job is for you if:

You have either experience or training in Office Administration.
You work well both as part of a team AND individually.
You are highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and multitask.
You have excellent communication in ENGLISH (spoken and written) and customer service skills
You are tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Even better if:

You are familiar with Accounts Receivable procedures, particularly for projectbased A/R
You love data and numbers and like to see things line up

Salary:
$45,000 to $55,000, Commensurate with experience
