:Part-time Professor — Long-term appointment: The candidate will teach in the areas of property law, environmental law and municipal law. The contract includes the teaching of a maximum of 15 credits of lecture, seminar and/or experiential courses in these areas.In addition, the candidate will have, for the equivalent of 6 credits, other administrative functions as determined by the Vice-Dean of the Common Law Program in French or the Vice-Dean of the Common Law Program in English. This contract is for a period of five years and includes a total of 273 hours annually. Pursuant to Article 5.13 of the APTPUO Collective Agreement , this contract provides access to an indeterminate appointment.

The candidate must hold an undergraduate law degree from a Canadian university, be a member of a Canadian law society, and hold a master's or doctoral degree at the time of commencing the appointment. In addition, the candidate must be qualified to teach courses (in lecture, seminar and experiential formats) in the areas of property law, environmental law and municipal law.
An acceptable level of education/experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational requirements and/or demonstrated experience.
