The duties of the server include greeting and seating all guests upon arrival, taking and delivering orders, punching in orders on POS and collecting payment when complete.
Additionally, a Floor Server should have in depth knowledge about all Food Menu and have the ability to offer suggestions and up sell when possible.
Job Description:
- Take orders, answer customer questions
- Serve menu items
- Clear customer's food when finished and ensure orders were satisfactory
- Present cheque and accept payment via cash, debit/credit
- Clean tables
- Assist other staff when required
- Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of the food
Salary:
From $15.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
