We are looking for
Level 2 or 3, Certified Early Childhood Educators to join our team. We have one available position each at our campuses located in
Palliser Community &
Varsity Community.

Responsibilities:

Create safe, happy, and fun learning environment for our children
Take pride in being part of our Summit family. Be a brand ambassador and be accountable. You are the face of our company to the families and to the community at large.
Engage & build positive & respectful relationships with our staff, families and the community by creating trust and always acting with integrity.
Ensure that the center facilities are always safe for our children and help the Campus Lead to strictly comply to licensing standards at all times
Act with compassion while upholding Summit Kids policies and standards.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be currently certified as a Level 2 or 3 educator
Clear & Valid criminal record check with vulnerable sector, taken in the last 6 months.
Valid First Aid Certification (don't worry we'll hook you up)
Excellent written & verbal communication skill (English)
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with our multicultural family at Summit.

Compensation Includes:

Competitive Pay + Government Wage Top Up.
Base rate/ wage will be between $18.25 to $19.00 per hour(Government Wage Topup will be additional, over and above the base rate)
