What You'll Do

  • Ensures timely confirmation and settlement of trades by tracking unmatched transactions across the unit & proactively analyzing/addressing root causes.
  • Supervise daytoday operational activities. This includes but is not limited to verification of daily settlements, investigation of settlement issues, and involvement with projects as they relate to the team, as well as any other assigned daily control points.
  • Effectively support, communicate with, and maintain excellent working relations with front office, clients, technology, and any other related internal/external stakeholders to ensure that all interrelated processes take place in an accurate and timely manner and that any discrepancies are addressed effectively.
  • Provides insight and support to management during planning, organizing and successful implementation of projects affecting the unit's operations.
  • Proactively supports management efforts to monitor group activity to ensure internal control procedures remain effective, are understood and adhered to.
  • Supports management efforts to motivate staff, increase individual performances, execute a robust training schedule, and assign workstation responsibilities fairly.
  • Champions a highperformance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.

What You'll Bring

  • University Bachelor's degree
  • Solid understanding of the FX/FXO products
  • 5+ years' experience in Financial Services/Capital Markets Operations
