Company Description:


Red Bull is looking for an HR Business Partner to be responsible for proactively driving, supporting and executing HR initiatives within our Commercial teams (Off Premise Sales, On Premise Sales & Marketing).

Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and top talent across the organizations.

You will serve as the single point of contact for all people-related issues and will partner directly with the Commercial Leadership Team to maximize engagement, retention, and performance.

Leading with an end-to-end talent management mindset, we're looking for a professional with a track record of coaching, giving wings to managers and driving high performance within the organization.


DRIVE HIGH PERFORMANCE
Partner with the Commercial Leadership Teams to cultivate high performance and top talent within the organization.

Is the "local expert" on all talent in their organization and proactively manages bench strength and internal movement.

Partners with the Commercial Leadership Team and people managers in driving clear and actionable mid-year and year-end performance reviews.

Partners with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely filling of open roles and appropriate local strategy.

Participates in the interview process for all Director+ roles.

Partners with Commercial Leadership Team and people managers to enable high engagement.


TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Facilitate all local programs, global and compliance training programs.

Evangelize and support strengths-based people management, including coaching managers on all related tools.

Build momentum and traction for Red Bull's "entrepreneurial development philosophy" by coaching leadership and people managers.


EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & COMPLIANCE
Proactively manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations as needed and provide clear direction/action to managers.

Ensure compliance of all Federal and Provincial laws.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Coach leadership and managers on Red Bull compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowerment.


PEOPLE STRATEGY
Be an integral part of the annual planning process, and execute against the people centric strategy for the organization.

Responsible for fiscal accountability within related HR budgets.


Qualifications:

5+ years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years of Leadership Team strategic partnership experience.

Experience providing feedback and coaching at a leadership level.

Track record of strong business partnership within a dynamic, matrixed environment: a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership.

Experience facilitating client-facing Talent training programs.

Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.


Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.

Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.

Strong planning, budgetary and project management abilities.

Self-starter with creative mind and a track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing results.

Track record of cross-functional collaboration and adapting national strategies at a local/regional level.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with familiarity of HR Information Systems.
