    Description

    Manage the execution of existing Membrane Replacement Agreement (MRA) Contracts in NAM and develop new operations/forecasting processes needed to support the growing portfolio. In addition, be resource to support the expansion of the model into regions outside of North America.

    Nature of work:

    In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);

  • Organize sessions with sales and commercial engineering teams develop and implement the strategy for MRA contract opportunities, also in coordinating with Services teams if customer is interested in a performance based contracts (MSA)
  • Work closely with Services, Insight, techsupport teams to support customer needs and ensure deliverables from contract are provided.
  • Maintain forecast of membrane replacements needed for the ZW PSI to use with factory production planning.
  • Engage project management team in the execution of membranes replacement events as required.
  • Ensure annual Invoicing is updated and completed for active contracts.
  • Monitor and update annual contract financial performance and contract forecasting.
  • Coordinate customer feedback meetings to provide feedback and input.
  • Be a customer advocate, motivating internal teams to meet customer requirements and prioritize their satisfaction.
  • Travel to customer sites for site meetings and issue investigation will be required at times.
  • Function in this role with a high order of integrity and compliance with the regulations and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Skills:

  • Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects
  • Familiarity with , SAP and other business productivity tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
  • Communicate effectively to internal groups and customer in person and over the phone
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and perseverance
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with a team
  • Qualification/ Requirements:

  • B.S. in an engineering/science discipline or related technical experience
  • 5+ years of customer relationship management experience.
