Applications are invited for the regular position of part-time Recruitment Associate in the Marketing & Recruitment Division. The starting salary is $24.63 /hr for a 24 hour work week. Additional hours may be required at peak times during the year such as start or end of term. Campus location may vary but will be based in Niagara-on-the-Lake.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Acting as a Lead Generator and often qualifier through our and in person activities.
  • Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with contact details and interest information from prospective students
  • Foster and develop increased awareness of Niagara College and relationships with various audiences such as prospective students, guidance and employment counsellors, teachers, and parents to promote Niagara College as the college of choice for post
- secondary education.

  • Organizes and executes virtual and oncampus information sessions and tours with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in a cross functional team setting.

Qualifications:


  • Two (2) Year diploma in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Humanities, Education, or similar field of study
  • A credential from Niagara College and/or demonstrated knowledge and passion for the Ontario College system will be looked favourably upon
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system will be seen as an asset.
  • Frontline sales and marketing experience an asset.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of secondary school and postsecondary school markets will be viewed as an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
