Position:
Administrative Assistant


Location:
Edmonton, AB


Type:
Full Time, Salary


Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM


Benefits:

Employees will be eligible for Company Benefits after 90 days of hire date


Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will aid in several different areas within Kichton Construction.


Some of these will include:

  • General Administration:_
Administrative support for Management

Ordering Supplies

Meeting minutes

Manage general phone line

  • Human Resources:_
Assist with pre-screening applicants

Assist with onboarding new employees

Assist Site Administrator to ensure employees are onboarded to client locations as needed

  • Health & Safety:_
Assist with auditing training requirements

Various tasks within the Training Management Program

Attend Safety Meetings

Participate in the Health & Safety Program

Ad. Hoc reporting


Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Experience in a fast-paced environment

Intermediate level of Microsoft Office programs; Excel and Word

Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Strong communication skills
