POSITION:
Junior Accounting Clerk - Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm


LOCATION:
Kirkland, QC


START DATE:
Term commences as soon as possible


Responsibilities:


  • Retrieving backup for invoicing
  • Data entry and data processing
  • Verifying supplier paperwork for accuracy
  • Invoicing
  • Expense reports using Concur
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum 6 months experience
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and have a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of computers (Excel, Microsoft Word)
  • Comfortable with technology and working with ERP systems online
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data
