As a Salesperson at our car dealership, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the selection and purchase of vehicles that best suit their needs.

Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.

You will represent our brand and showcase our product offerings in a knowledgeable and professional manner, ensuring that customers have an enjoyable and informative experience throughout the sales process.


Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and needs.

Provide detailed information on various makes, models, features, and specifications of vehicles in the dealership's inventory.

Find competitive rates with financial institutions to encourage customers to purchase vehicles.

Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities, while addressing any customer inquiries.

Present and explain financing options, warranties, and additional services to customers.

Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.

Maintain a deep understanding of current inventory and updates on new products and features.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat and referral business.

Utilize CRM systems and tools to manage customer information and sales processes efficiently.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategies.

Ensuring compliance by following all local, state and federal regulations.


Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.

Proficiency in explaining technical features and specifications in an easy-to-understand manner.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.

Knowledge of financing and leasing options, warranties, and aftermarket services.

Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

$100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
