Job Overview:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and some hydraulic components on cranes.
Assist with set up and take down of cranes and hoists as needed, also complete dismantle and assembly of cranes either new from factory or in a refurbishment process.
Perform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranes.
Complete all paperwork neatly and clearly at the end of each project to keep accurate and professional service records.
Commitment to Bigfoot Crane's safety culture; responsible for personal safety and the safety of coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with Tower Cranes and/or Construction Hoists is considered an asset.
Electrical knowledge of panels, along with motors, gearing and some hydraulics.
Must be willing to travel at times as required.
Dependable with strong problemsolving skills and an excellent written safety record.
Ability to communicate to others on how to troubleshoot equipment based on standard operating procedures and technical manuals.
Physically able and comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent organizational and clear communication skills.
Able to contribute positively to a team environment.
Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
A selfstarter and able to work under mínimal supervision.
