"This is Bilingual required English and french
Program Manager for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Deployment
- on and able to perform the work as well as oversee the work performed by other team members. Must be able to lead a team of Onshore, offshore team and Business resources. Must understand overall business and process commonly used in Engineering Consultancy industry.

Qualifications:

Creating long and shortterm plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions are in sync
Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
7 years managing large scale multinational ERP implementations
Understanding of highlevel business complexities within Engineering and Construction industries
Good handson experience on Microsoft SQL server,.Net development
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
Able to work with technical team and Project Managers to define right solution for the problem at hand
Manage Testing team and Conduct Conference Room Pilots involving Business Stakeholder
Should be able to communicate and present solutions to Clevel executives
Able to transfer knowledge by coaching, training and mentoring
Lead the user training sessions and general training documentation"
