Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together
TELUS Health Care Delivery is looking for a Business Consultant to join the Enablement and Program Management Office. This role will be responsible for the Strategic Planning and Enablement function across the entire Healthcare Delivery Team.

You will oversee proactive strategic planning, lead the Leadership Team through critical governance processes, build out a streamlined approach to managing our executive reporting requirements and ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery of key deliverables.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the entire TELUS Health team.


Here's how

  • Act as the central connection point to bring strategic planning initiatives into one cohesive plan by collaborating with both the Leadership Team and working teams
  • Lead our team through governance activities and executive reporting requirements with the lens of delivering on core messaging priorities
  • Manage the Healthcare Delivery Scorecard build & reporting processes and drive education and team ownership over the Scorecard targets & metrics
  • Analyze business results to understand where there are opportunities and provide solutions to generate positive outcomes for our patients
  • Translate performance risks and variances with key stakeholders into actionable plans to get back on track.
  • Support highpriority and/or adhoc requests, managing stakeholders as required to provide or present key information
  • Continually optimize our approach to strategic planning, governance and executive reporting
  • Champion critical projects to support overall TELUS Health objectives

We are looking for:


  • Bachelor degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with expertise in preparing PowerPoint or Google Presentations for Senior-level audience

Advisor: Seen as a trusted advisor to senior leadership with respect to executive storytelling and managing end-to-end planning and governance for a fast-paced team

Team Player: Proven relationships building skills, including the ability to lead multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to find solutions, evaluate options, and expedite decisions.

Intrapreneur: Action oriented and solution-focused with a good business acumen. Ability to manage work and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Organizer: Capable of breaking up a large, complex problem into smaller components and building a plan to manage this complexity comes naturally; knack for bringing order to messy processes and proposing improvements/efficiencies.

Storyteller: Able to take large volumes of complex data, numbers and messages and condense to the core, you bring forward ideas, and recommendations and can present these in simple messages or persuasive presentations

Responsible: Strong sense of personal responsibility, integrity and accountability.


Good to have

  • English bilingual (French-English is preferred)
  • Health background
  • Experience with analytics, strategy and planning
  • Project Management experience
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
