Job Summary:
This is an in-office position, with the possibility of a hybrid working model following the probationary period.

Job Duties:

  • Communicating with clients to collect on outstanding arrears
  • Preparation of arrears notices
  • Deposit preparation & Cash handling
  • Account reconciliations
  • Data entry
  • Basic filing & office duties

Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Exceptional time management skills' able to deliver successful results within set timelines
  • Able to prioritize workload and work well under pressure
  • Proactive, takes initiative and works independently
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve problems using information available; analyze data

Experience:


  • University degree or college diploma in accounting, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years in a related role
  • Preference given to experience in residential or commercial property management
  • Bilingual is an asset, but is not necessary

$36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

Accounts Receivables: 2 years (required)

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
