We are seeking an accomplished Chief Estimator with over 10 years of experience in estimating and pricing for construction projects.

As a Chief Estimator, you will be responsible for providing highly accurate and competitive cost estimates for our projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness, profitability, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

Estimate Preparation

Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for cladding projects using custom software, analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation.
Lead the pricing strategy for estimations
.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of estimators, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring continuous professional development.

Market Analysis

Keep abreast of market trends and materials costs to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of our estimates.

Client Interaction

Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to understand their needs and adjust estimates accordingly
.

Bid Submission

Oversee the submission of bids, ensuring all deadlines are met and proposals are comprehensive and professionally presented.

Cost Monitoring

Track actual project costs against estimates and adjust estimating practices based on historical data
.

Risk Analysis

Identify potential risks associated with project estimates and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Process Improvement

Continuously seek ways to improve the estimation process, incorporating new technologies or methodologies as appropriate

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an estimator, with a focus on construction.
Indepth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in advanced estimating software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft office tools.
Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail and precision.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with solar panel systems and renewable energy technologies is highly desirable.
