Our team provides sales agents full marketing and administrative support so our agents can strictly focus on income generating activities.
This is a 100% commission based role and our commission splits are designed to reward successful agents.Responsibilities for long term success:
- Accomplishing daily high outbound call targets to develop new client relationships and to follow up on existing ones
- Weekly in person meetings with clients to further relationships and present comprehensive market data and property evaluations
- Negotiating listing and purchase agreements
- Active marketing of listings
- Build advisory longterm relationships with clients vs transactional mindset
Qualifications
