    About the Role

    21 Century Trading Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
    • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime.
    • Training and Development: Provide technical guidance and training to staff members, including orientation and on-the-job coaching.
    • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work Assignment and Scheduling: Co-ordinate and assign tasks, as well as establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
    • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational activities.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
    • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
    • Language: English language proficiency is essential for this role.

    Working Conditions

    • Hours: The successful candidate will work approximately 30 to 40 hours per week.
    • Work Term: This is a permanent position.

    Estimated Salary Range

    $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
